Dental Bonding is used by Our Glendale dentist uses dental Bonding for teeth that are short, damaged or discolored to improve imperfections of your teeth. As a good alternative for porcelain veneers, dental bonding is less expensive and can also be completed in just one visit! We encourage you to speak to our dentist if you think dental bonding is right for you.
The Dental Bonding Procedure
During the dental bonding procedure, our dentist will use composite resin to correct any imperfections in your teeth. The composite resin is a tooth-colored material that is blended and bonded to your teeth, creating a long-lasting, natural-looking smile. Contrary to porcelain veneers, dental bonding requires little or no preparation to your natural teeth.
How long will dental bonding last?
With regular care and a balanced diet that avoids teeth staining foods, dental bonding can last anywhere from three to five years without darkening or discoloring. Additionally, dental bonding that is cared for will only require touch-up treatment. Required maintenance is the same as your natural teeth, regular brushing, flossing and frequent visits to our Glendale dental office.
If you are considering dental bonding or would like to know more information, please contact our dentist by calling (818) 547-4455. We look forward to giving you a brand new smile!
