"Been going to Dr Hovsepyan for a couple years now. She does great work. She's very approachable, efficient, knowledgeable and friendly. On several occasions I've heard people say they're scared of their dentist. Not of going to the dentist, but of their dentist. This is not the case here!"

"Dr Hovsepyan is always gentle and caring and gives you suggestions on work that she would recommend you get done without pressuring you. She lets you know in advance how much it would cost and if your insurance will cover it. You just gotta let her know when you're ready. Her office is always clean and the staff is very, very knowledgeable and friendly as well. I never have to wait more than 2 minutes in the waiting area. She's always quick and on time and doesn't leave you sitting in the chair just waiting as I have had other dentists do. There's usually music in the background or she has netflix available on tv if you prefer to watch a movie while in the chair to relax."

"I found and went to Dr. Hovsepyan because of the reviews I saw here and I'm so glad I did. I lost a filling on a Saturday and knew I needed to see a dentist before Monday given the severity of it. I called Dr. H's office at 11am and without hesitation, the woman I spoke to on the phone said I could come in at 2, which is when they close on Saturdays."

"I should also say that I have a severe phobia of dentists and when I got to Dr. H's office, I was a nervous wreck. She not only calmed me down, she assured me that I would feel no pain that day (and I ended up having a root canal, and she was right) and didn't judge me at all. She was simply lovely. She also sat with me after giving me a shot of novocaine (which didn't hurt a bit - a first!) and talked to me. She took the time to get to know me and didn't just leave the room like most dentists who come back 10 minutes later after you're numb. She also took the time to explain her billing structure (and her fees are definitely less than other dentists I've been to) and how they deal with insurance companies. What dentist does that??!!"

"I have been going to Cyberdent for a few months now for a fluoride treatment but I'd always wanted to go to get teeth whitening. It took less than 1 hour for me to get a white smile with the Zoom Whitening method at Cyberdent in Glendale. I love it! I have never had such pleasant dental visits in my life, and I have had a lot of dental work. Dr. Baghdasaryan is great and doesn't hurt my teeth. His staff is also very helpful with my insurance and handling my account. He treats my teeth in a very professional and caring manner. I am so happy with their services. Thank you! "

"I have been going to the Glendale Location for a few years now, and I can't recall ever being upset, denied, or charged extra for any services that I needed or requested. Dr. Karen is awesome and does a great job. He makes the client feel comfortable and he pays attention to his client and shows concern for the clients feelings and stage of fear. "Technology advances are incredible. I went to Cyberdent and the dentist told me I could really benefit from veneers. I told him with my job I really have no time for multiple visits, so it would have to wait 'till I found the time. Dr. Baghdasaryan told me of the E4D Dentist machine and how my veneers could be done in 1 day. I mean, 1 day! You can imagine that I left that office with new veneers and a great smile! Thanks Cyberdent!"

I LOVE my dentist! I was very upset when I was told I would need to have extensive work done on my teeth, not to mention how scared I have always been to go to the dentist. All of that faded away as soon as I went to Karen. He was my fourth consult and I finally felt that everything was going to be ok! Everyone in the office is so friendly and helpful you can't help feeling better as soon as you meet them. I had another dentist that I liked alot, but when I met Dr Baghdasaryan, I knew that this would be my new dentist forever! I am so grateful that I found them. Thank you for my new smile..... -

Like most people, I have loathed going to the dentist over the years. Dr. Karen and his staff, however, have made the experience so pain-free and soothing that while I can't say I'd rather be at the dentist than at a spa, if I need to go to the dentist I do not dread it at all. Dr. Karen is patient, calm, empathetic, and never made me feel silly for being a nervous dental patient. His staff is attentive and uncommonly kind. The scope of Dr. Karen's expertise is well documented on his site, and his training excellent. I needed some extensive work done and had IV sedation I slept through the whole procedure - no pain, no trauma, no panic, no fear. I am sending everyone I know to him, including my children, mother, and partner. Everyone who has gone feels equally enthusiastic about Dr. Karen and his whole office!

Not everyone is born with a decent set of teeth and gums. I'm a firm believer how children are raised and treated with dental experiences shapes their future. I had unfortunately been given a lot of dental issues in my youth, from extra teeth to a small upper jaw and beyond; and the treatment I was given over the years was less than kind, the many dentists (about 15 to date) all uncaring and not willing to entertain someone with fears, extra painful nerves or problems. All of this (as you can imagine) over the course of oh, 30 years has honed my dental fear into a unique phobia. So I tried to be good with my brushing and rinsing and avoided any dentist for over 5 years.

Pain drives one such as me and I ended up with that familiar pain which ended up turning into a complete nightmare from a very bad intubation (for another surgery I was forced to endure). Teeth hanging, completely broken down I was forced to find a dentist (having just moved 2 yrs ago I had no idea of who was who). Dr. Baghdasaryan came up in a search, he provided
IV Sedation (something I had never heard of) and was given quite positive reviews so after much debate I decided to go see him. The entire staff is amazingly kind, and yes like other reviews, I can say Dr. Baghdasaryan has an impressive warm personality and way about him that does make you feel safer and welcomed.

Unfortunately my situation was dire, needing complete dentures, something you can imagine on top of everything else I had gone through- quite terrifying for a 36 yr old. There were no alternatives due to periodontal gum disease (healthy teeth doesn't matter a whit when the gums have deteriorated so when they say FLOSS just DO IT) and after much debate on this life changing situation I decided to trust him. Mind you for me, this is unheard of. I am glad I did. His care, compassion, understanding and excellent skills have helped me now with an upper denture. It was done with sedation and the after math of pain was minimal (to my shock). I will need to return for after care and indeed have a second plate done for the bottom teeth (they all must go sadly) but, the fear of this is somewhat less because of his excellent job and most caring staff. I cannot say I'm happy to run to the dentist even now because of the long standing fears, but he honestly has succeeded in earning my trust and for that I can say I will return.

I cannot recommend him enough. I have never met a dentist (or a staff for that matter) that truly can claim 'gentle dentistry' until now. This is the one place you need to go when you find others have failed, or when you have such fears the mere thought of a dentist visit fills you with sickness. They are exceptional.
Thank you Dr. Karen Baghdasaryan and Staff for showing me there is still kindness out there if you can find it.

I have been a patient of Dr. Hovesepyans for years and have always received the best of service. She is always in step with the latest dentistry techniques and equipment, and she often has great value on various procedures. Recently I visited her partner, Dr. Baghdasaryan (Glendale office) for my wisdom teeth removal, and this might sounds strange, but I actually had fun. His office has a very positive atmosphere and I was laughing all the way into my sleep because of the music playing on the radio. The process that sounded unbearable was actually enjoyable thanks to Dr. Baghdasaryan's ability to put patients under (only a few dentists are certified to do this). Both offices are a great value, totally up to date with dentistry and comfort, and have great staff. A big thank you to both doctors and their staff!

I just wanted first to say a big thank you to the great Staff at Cyberdent. I went on faith and choose Dr Káren and Cyberdent from a phone book. I thought the name sounded hip. The best thing I could have done for myself since I have a real fear of going to the dentist. His warm staff, especially Harry made me feel welcome almost immediately.

I began my treatments with a young hip Doctor Káren. He was the best. His beautiful, warm, personality had me at ease from the get go and I felt very confident that I was in good hands. I love the way how he explained every thing he was doing, even when I seem to ask too many questions he was always patient and kind and took the time to answer all my questions. I came to Cyberdent with problems and cavities that needed to be worked on and I am happy to say all my cavities have been taken care of with modern technology and painless.

I had an old partial over ten years now and Harry applied for approval for a new one. We were not sure that it was going to be approved. A few week later I got approved to receive a new partial much to my amusement. I was fitted so perfectly for this new partial by Doctor Káren. Once It arrived I was a little apprehensive since my old one was uncomfortable and very unbearable at times. To my surprise, because of Dr. Káren's precise measuring and trying it on in my mouth to my surprise, my new partial fit so well. The comfortable fit and the way it matched my own teeth was incredible. I could actually go through the whole day and sleep in them as well without wanting to just reap them out of my mouth and toss them somewhere.

Today I am very, very happy and pleased with all the dental work I have had done at Cyberdent. I love my dentist and his staff for giving me something to smile about again. I have a healthy mouth cavity free and a winning new Partial. So I recommend Dr Káren and the rest of the staff at Cyberdent highly.

I have been a patient of Dr. Hovsepyan since 2004. My experience has been very good. She has been very patient with me. I have several medical conditions and she has been very considerate and accommodated me. The dental work that I have received has been excellent. I have had several teeth chipped, a bridge and regular dental work – cleaning, exams, X-rays and fillings. I am very pleased with my treatment.

When I first came to Dr. Hovsepyan's office I had not been to the dentist is a VERY long time. I had some big problems in my mouth. Dr. Hovsepyan and her staff took good care of me. And with her husband's help, I have an implant I needed for over 20 years. My teeth are beautiful now and they made that happen for me. Thank you to all the staff. I could not be happier.
